Build a body
you trust.
Most programs are written for a body that doesn’t hurt, a week that doesn’t move, and a gym you may not have. I write the other kind.
Twenty years of biomechanics and rehabilitation, built into a method now licensed in Switzerland and used there by top physiotherapists and Olympic-level professionals. Here, I build it around your body, your equipment, and your actual week.
If you’ve been told to just rest, you already know how that ends.
Rest calms a hip down. It doesn’t make it strong enough for a flight of stairs, a long-haul seat, or the back half of a run. Most people I work with are stuck in the same gap: past the point where they need a clinician, badly served by a program that was never written for them.
This is probably you if:
- A hip, back, knee, or shoulder that flares up — when you train, or when you sit too long.
- You want to be strong at seventy, not just get through this week.
- Your schedule moves. Travel, late meetings, kids, a gym you sometimes don’t reach.
- You run, lift, or play — and you’d like to still be doing it in twenty years.
You don’t need to be an athlete. You need a body you’d like to keep using.
Custom coaching
In your corner, every week.
A template can’t watch you move. Coaching starts with what your body actually does — then gets built around your goals, your equipment, your calendar, and the sessions you genuinely finish, not the ones a plan assumed you would.
A program that changes when you do.
Apply to work with meWe start with how you move
A full movement assessment and a real conversation. What hurts, what you’re chasing, how much time you actually have, and what’s in the room where you train.
Then I build it
Strength and movement sessions written for your body and your week. Not a template with your name typed at the top.
And I stay on it
Your sessions live in Relay, so I see what you completed, what you skipped, and what didn’t feel right — and I adjust before a small thing turns into a setback.
About
Who’s actually writing your program.
I’m Jeff Saibil. Twenty years in biomechanics, rehabilitation, and performance, with a B.Sc. in Kinesiology behind it. Before any of that I played Division 1 hockey — which is a polite way of saying I learned what a body costs you before I learned how to rebuild one.
I built the Saibil Method in Montreal, over years of testing it on real people with real problems, chasing one question: where is the pain actually coming from? Not where it hurts — where it starts. That distinction is the whole method.
It held up well enough to export. I’ve licensed the method to Zone 4 Performance in Switzerland, where it’s used by some of the country’s top physiotherapists and Olympic-level professionals.
I coach online, so you can work with me from anywhere, with whatever equipment you have. This isn’t a service for elite athletes. It’s the same method for everyone I work with — whether you’re chasing a personal best or you’d simply like your back to stop ruining your Mondays. What changes is the program, not the thinking.
Where I come in is after the diagnosis — taking a body that’s been cleared and making it capable again. That gap is where most people get stranded, and it’s the one I’ve spent twenty years in.
From clients
In their words.
I’ve been working with Jeff for 6 months now, and the difference in my movement and strength is incredible. I no longer deal with chronic pain, and I feel stronger than ever!
Coaching with Jeff pushed me to achieve new levels of strength and mobility. The feedback I receive keeps me on track, and I’m seeing results faster than I ever imagined.
As an athlete, coaching with Jeff helped me refine my technique and recovery, which allowed me to perform better and avoid injuries. Highly recommend it!
Each quote is one client’s own experience. Your results depend on your body, your history, and the work you put in.
Self-guided
Five guides. One stubborn area at a time.
Not everyone needs a coach. Sometimes you need one clear, well-built plan for the thing that keeps flaring up. That’s what these are — self-guided programs built on the Saibil Method, the same way I build for clients. The Hip and the Back are in writing now; the rest follow.
