Terms of use
Last updated 13 September 2026
The short version
- This is coaching and exercise education, not medical care.
- Applying costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
- If you are hurt or unsure, see a clinician before you train.
- If you live in Quebec, your consumer rights always apply.
1. Who we are
saibilmethod.com is run by The Saibil Method, the online movement and strength coaching practice of Jeff Saibil, based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. By using this site, joining a list, applying for coaching, or buying a guide, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Who can use it
You must be 18 or older to join a list, apply for coaching, or buy a guide.
3. This is not medical care
Coaching, guides, and everything on this site are exercise programming and education. They are not physiotherapy, and they are not medical diagnosis or treatment. Nothing here replaces advice from your doctor, physiotherapist, or other health professional.
See a clinician before you start if you have pain you cannot explain, a recent injury or surgery, a heart or breathing condition, dizziness, numbness or tingling, or if you are pregnant. If a movement causes sharp pain or your symptoms get worse, stop and get checked.
4. Your part
You choose which sessions to do and how hard to push. Tell us honestly about your health, and tell us when anything changes, because your program depends on it.
5. Coaching
Coaching is by application. Sending an application does not create a contract and costs nothing. Coaching is delivered online through Relay, a separate app with its own terms. Before your first payment, you accept our coaching agreement, which sets out the price, billing, refunds, and how to stop.
6. Guides
The guides are not on sale yet. Joining the list only means we email you when a guide is ready. When a guide goes on sale, its price is shown before you pay. Because a guide is a digital file you get right away, a sale is final once you have downloaded it, unless the law where you live gives you a right to cancel.
7. What you may do with our content
The text, photos, programs, guides, the Saibil Method name, and the logo belong to The Saibil Method. When you buy a guide or start coaching, you may use what you receive for your own training. You may not share your files or login, copy or resell our material, post it publicly, or use it to coach other people.
8. Using the site properly
Do not use the site for anything unlawful. Do not send false information through our forms, pretend to be someone else, copy the site with automated tools, or try to disrupt it.
9. Client stories
We only publish a client’s words, name, or photo with that client’s written permission. If you gave us permission, you can ask us to remove your story at any time.
10. Results
Every body and every week is different. We cannot promise a specific result. A client story on this site is one person’s experience, not a prediction of yours.
11. Other services
We rely on other companies to run the site and deliver coaching, such as Relay, our email providers, and, when guides go on sale, a payment processor. Their own terms apply to their services, and we are not responsible for how they run them.
12. The site as it is
We work to keep the site, the guides, and our programs accurate. To the extent the law allows, we provide them as they are, without a promise that they are free of errors or right for your situation.
13. Exercise risk
Exercise carries a risk of injury. To the extent the law where you live allows, you accept the risks of the exercise you choose to do, and you release The Saibil Method and Jeff Saibil from claims for injury that result from it. This does not apply to injury caused by our gross negligence or intentional fault.
14. Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the site, the guides, or coaching is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost income. This limit does not apply to bodily injury where the law does not allow it, or to gross negligence or intentional fault.
15. Claims caused by misuse
If you break these terms or misuse our content, and someone makes a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with that claim.
16. If you live in Quebec
If you are a consumer in Quebec, the Consumer Protection Act and the Civil Code of Québec protect you. Sections 13, 14, and 15 do not apply to you, and nothing in these terms limits a right those laws give you.
17. Disagreements
If something goes wrong, email us first, and we will try to fix it within 30 days. These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Quebec, district of Montreal, decide any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you the right to use your own courts.
18. Ending access
We may stop offering any part of the site, or refuse service to someone who breaks these terms. How coaching ends is set out in your coaching agreement.
19. Changes
If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. Changes do not apply to a purchase or coaching agreement you already made.
20. The rest
If a court decides part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms, together with any coaching agreement or guide purchase terms you accept, are the whole agreement between us about the site.
